If I am not mistaken currently when a UK based company invoices an EU based client no VAT applies.
Is this something that is going to change at least after 29th of March 2019?
Hi Dev84 I think you are referring to the current harmonisation system. this is a hot topic and the UK Government today gave us the first indications on this matter in the event of a no deal. We are issuing our 3D take on the latest advice and this will be appearing in our Blog over the next couple of days. Of course in the event of a ‘Deal’ this is one of the key issues – Trade. I expect we will be able to give you a definitive answer after the negotiations conclude in November this year. As we hear announcements we will decode them and then deliver them to you on the site so watch this space.
